Task #41
Meet 4 online friends in real life.
While we were in Mexico, I got to meet Terry, aka Sailingknitter. Her boat, the Niki Wiki, was a few boats down from Sean & Dana's in the marina in Puerto Vallarta. She came to Sean's birthday barbecue in the palapa at Quinta Pacifica, then the next day showed Andrew & me around old PV. We had a great time together, and it was fun to participate in WWKIP Day in Mexico.
Thanks, Terry!

Task #28
Get our will done before 2008 Mexico trip and have copies stored in at least three secure places.
Lesson Learned: Don't make a goal that is dependent on someone other than yourself. This never got done. Luckily, however, we survived the trip....

Task #17
Have a date with Andrew at least once a month.
OK, I had this highlighted, so we must have gone out once. We had an impromptu dinner out last Saturday, 5/31, when the Things stayed @ Mark & Bobbi's. We were uber casual, but they didn't bat an eye at Bertolucci's. Ooooh, the food was good!

Task #81
Knit up (at least) 10 miles of my stash each year. (See KnitMeter in sidebar.)
As of a couple of days ago, I'm at 4.64 miles for 2008. Woot!

Task #78
Read two marriage books (or more!) each year.
My friend Michelle gave us a book (and workbook!) to take with us to Mexico, so I've got the next one in the queue....

Task #52
Vote in each local (& national) election.
D'oh! So far, I'm 0 for 2. We had a special election, then the primary. The primary would have been choosing the lesser of three evils (or two evils and one not-so-great), so I felt completely unmotivated.

Task #2, Task #3, Task #48
Make significant progress (30 lbs?) toward weight goal.
Fit into my size 12’s by 11/24/09.
Get my BMI down to 23 (it’s 35 as of 4/2/08).
I'm SO lame. You don't want to know. I don't want to know. The scale fears me. NO ONE will be asking me to wear a skimpier bathing suit when we're in Mexico, that's for SURE!

Task #1
Finish reading the One-Year Chronological Bible before 11/24/08.
I'm still on track. I'm through the August 15th reading.
